✗ Swimwear with hygiene liner removed
Important Note on Skiwear:

Skiwear is designed for active outdoor use. Once worn, we cannot determine the extent of use or potential damage. Therefore, worn skiwear is generally not eligible for return. However, if you receive skiwear with manufacturing defects (broken seams, faulty zippers, material flaws), contact us via  snowbuyerteam@gmail.com  within 14 days with photos or video evidence, and we'll work with you on a solution.


Step-by-Step: How to Return an Item

Step 1: Initiate Your Return (Within 30 Days)

1.Email us via snowbuyerteam@gmail.com about he reason for return. Our customer service team reviews your request within 24-48 hours. 


Step 2: Receive The Return Address

We will email you the return address that you can post to. You'll receive instructions on how to arrange return shipping at your own cost.

Step 3: Pack Your Item

1.Ensure the item is clean and dry
2.Include all original packaging, tags, and documentation
3.If applicable, include any accessories or extras that came with the item
4.Place the item in a sturdy box or padded envelope


Packaging Tips:
Use a box or padded envelope appropriate for the item size
Add padding to prevent damage during transit
Seal the package securely with tape
Take a photo of your packaged item for your records

Step 4: Ship Your Return

1.Take your package to any Australia Post office (or international courier DHL, FedEx, etc.)
2.Clearly mark the package as "Returned Goods" to avoid customs charges
3.Hand it to the staff member and pay the posting fee
4.Request a receipt with tracking number
5.Keep your receipt until the return is processed


Note: For international customer, any customs duties or import taxes are your responsibility

Step 5: Return Processing

Once we receive your package:
1.We inspect the item within 3-5 business days
2.We verify the item meets our return policy requirements
3.We send you an email notification of approval or rejection
4.If approved, your refund is processed immediately

If Your Return is Rejected:We'll contact you with an explanation. You can arrange to have the item shipped back to you (return shipping fees apply), or we can hold it for 30 days while you decide.

Step 6: Receive Your Refund

Refund Timeline:
Inspection: 3-5 business days
Refund Processing: 7-10 business days after approval
Bank Processing: 3-5 additional business days (varies by bank)
Total Time: 2-3 weeks from shipment

We make exchanges easy! If you need a different size, color, or style, we'll swap it out for you.

How to Exchange an Item

For Size or Color Changes:
Contact us via  snowbuyerteam@gmail.com with clear exchange requirement. We will email you the return address that you can post to. You'll receive instructions on how to arrange return shipping at your own cost.

Our inspection: 2-3 days
Replacement shipment: 5-10 days
Total: 2-3 weeks

For Different Items:

If you want to exchange for a completely different item (not just size/color), you may need to process a return and place a new order. Contact snowbuyerteam@gmail.com for assistance.

You pay for return shipping; we pay for replacement shipping
No Additional Costs: There are no exchange fees or charges beyond return shipping costs for international customers.
